We are the Azure Customer Experience (CXP) team and are looking for a TechnicalProductManager to join our team to help drive the next generation of Customer Self-help andSupport experiences.Customer self-help and support experiences are critical to our overall success, and we are a cross cloud engineering organization responsible for developing those experiences. Our team builds products and drivesinitiatives that improve cross cloud (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365) customer experiences and support. You will define products that form an end-to-end customer experience story that empowers external customers and internal Microsoft stakeholders. You will leverage cloud-scale and AI/ML along with talented Data Scientists and User Experience Designers to deliver customer experiences that weren’t possible even a few years ago.This rolepresents an opportunity to innovate and build delightful customer experiences.We value diverse opinions and new, forward-thinking ideas. We use data and KPIs to guide, improve, and grow the success of ourproducts.ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Manager on our team, you will have a direct and clear impact on our products and customers. In this role, you will work closely with a talented engineering team, collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across Microsoft, and design, deliver anditerate onnew tools, applications, and platforms. Our work has high visibility with the Microsoft senior leadership team and many opportunities to share our successes and receive support and guidance. The scope of responsibilities includes:Listening to customers (internal and external) to understand their scenarios and challenges
Developing a product roadmap and strategy
Creating product/feature specifications with visual and written designs
Buildingdelightful customer experiences with a strong understanding of customer requirements and problem space
Create anend-to-endUX and functional spec for customer and support engineer facing experiences
Engagingwith partner teams across Microsoft to drive alignment on dependencies
Measuring the success of your product through experimentation, relevant metrics, and KPIs
Partnering with engineering to deliver positive impact and amazing products
Ensuring that secure experiences are baked into our platform as a core capability
Evangelize products and services to customerswithquality documentation and training material
Clearly communicating project status to stakeholders
QualificationsMinimum qualifications:3+ years ofprovensoftware technical product management experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field
Ability to translate customer requirements and scenarios into features, including writing software specifications with user experiences
Experience usingdata drivenprioritizationandmeasureprogress
Experience expressing designs visually and partnering with UX designers to deliver delightful user experiences.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation - to peers and executives)
Experience creating alignment with a broad community of stakeholders
Technical depth and broad, high-level understanding of software design
PreferredExperience with building services on Azure or other cloud services
Proven ability to lead through ambiguity while partnering across organizations
Demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain
