- Drive continuous value towards business results by providing the Management methodology
- Manage/Allocate/Track feature requests for rebuilding the tools
- Oversee the project, define requirements and Scope, Manage resource/capacity planning, Risk management & communication
- Develop roadmaps for high-value areas to support business targets.
- Ensure stable, accurate reporting, identify and report issues that may impact delivery schedules. Knowledge on PowerBI would be a value add
- Manage, track and report on bi-weekly sprints.
- Maintain program continuity (standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning etc.)
