We have a new, premier opportunity for a Program Manager Non-Tech 4, who is able to impact change and efficiency with a rhythm of business model within a new organization. Scope of Activity:

  • Drive Rhythm of Business Processes (RoB) for a business application solution group
  • Define RoB processes and rhythms across product planning, executive deliverables and meetings, internal partner team reviews, and other key strategic areas
  • Execute, drive meetings, gather input from all teams and stakeholders
  • Stitch together numerous deliverables / needs into a more streamlined process motion
  • Drive RoB across multiple sub-teams within group, and other stakeholders
    • Scheduling meetings
    • Capturing key action items
    • Following up with stakeholders to ensure key work items are delivered
    • Driving meetings themselves
  • Develop scorecard, accountability, and other control / governance mechanisms to ensure processes and individual stakeholders stay-on-track and processes are in control in this high visibility, senior business process/program management role
  • Rationalize the current process to make it one overall mission, how to streamline, order, and sequence
  • Define rhythm and processes - to individual and cross team can influence, drive outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Multiple years of experience developing and executing RoB processes across various stakeholders
    • Proven track record of success with all kinds of stakeholders, including senior stakeholders
  • Experience with business process development, orchestration of process
  • Previous execution of process - manage multiple work streams
  • Excellent communication skills, highly organized, can serve as process analyst
  • Organized, attention to detail, communication with executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong track record of influencing without authority to ensure needs are met through other stakeholders
  • Able to ramp-up on internal tools and processes for tracking - never skipping a beat
  • Someone who can influence people to stay on task, get results
