Job Responsibilities:• Apply relevant large scale engineering skills to build the infra and tools to enable intelligent conversational AI systems that improve products and experiences• Develop novel and scalable tools and advanced systems to improve customer experiences• Define use cases and develop methodology and benchmarks to evaluate different approaches

Skills:• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills.• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.• Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.• Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.• Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to large scale distributed systems.

Education/Experience:• BS, MS or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Deep Learning, AI Infrastructure, HW/SW Co-Design, Machine Learning Accelerators, High Performance Computing, Machine Learning Compilers, GPU Architecture, Machine Learning Frameworks, On-Device Optimization, or artificial intelligence• Experience developing machine learning algorithms or infrastructure in C or Python
