The Partner GTM, Programs, & Experiences team within GPS brings together the Go-to-Market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments.Why We Need You:We were first to market as a leader in technology that oriented our company as partner led. Since then, we have been under the microscope of our competitors in a race to create & evolve timely, relevant, and valuable channel programs able to recruit/retain an ecosystem of partners that are strategically critical to the durability & strength of our business.We need to lead from the front in this race by optimizing partner program offerings that incentivize the recruitment and retention of partners delivering excellent customer outcomes along the entirety of the customer journey – from assessing technology solutions that meet their business needs, to implementing those solutions, to receiving a unified support experience from Microsoft and 3rd party partner organizations. In this role, you will lead the optimization of existing partner programs that allow us to meet the capacity needed to serve our customers, invest more in those partners, and accelerate our mutual growth.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesBusiness InsightsDevelop business insights by leveraging existing reports or combining disparate data sources to create new ad-hoc reports or data dumps, presenting this data, and reasoning over it. Consider qualitative inputs such as industry analyst input, partner feedback, and internal team priorities as well. Respond to ad-hoc data requests from team members in a timely manner, and help team members uncover root causes of issues or optimal results.Strateg yLeverage these insights to optimize programs you are accountable for by making investments in to-partner marketing campaigns, to-seller recommendations, or by making changes in program qualification criteria or partner benefits. Establish baselines and forecast for quantifiable impact on program ROI.Land ingSell the strategy of changes to stakeholders and sponsors across the organization to secure necessary resources and gain buy-in from the project team to reach shared goals. Lead a virtual project team of strategists, engineers, marketers, and support team members to complete program updates.GrowingDeliver results. Run regular business reviews to assess the quantifiable impact of in-market programs, leverage best practices, adjust strategy, and contribute to our team’s key results.QualificationsQualificationsRrequiredBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field

OR equivalent experience.3+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.

PreferredExperience in business insights, business strategy, product/category management, brand management, or sales excellence/enablement

Experiencein channel program strategy or partner business development/alliance management

T-SQL language proficiency, PowerBIexperience, and advanced MS Excel applications

A natural competitor motivated by an ability to assess the competition, build the plan, and compete to win

Track record of driving business/product outcomes with objectives, key results, and facts grounded in data

Ability to translate complex business opportunities into simple, marketable, and effective solutions

Proven ability to work across groups and business functions; influencing forimpact in a matrixed organization

Skilled at prioritization, creating order and driving concise, actionable executive-level insights and calls to action

LOCATION: remote, anywhere in North America

The base salary for this role in the STATE OF COLORADO is between USD $119,200– $178,800At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
