Our client has a new opportunity for a Technical Project Manager, who will support deliverables associated with the commercial go to market. This PM will support product experiences, and readiness within the team, and externally with partners and customers. The focus for the role will be logistics associated with our large enterprise customers. An ideal candidate should enjoy handling physical hardware and getting product out the door, while keeping an eye out for detail and being curious about process improvement and features that require technical depth.Scope of Activity:
- Partner with other product / program managers to facilitate a project management process to fit their needs, and oversee and execute on that process / plan
- Create, maintain, and control the project schedule and dashboard, facilitate meetings, and proactively identify risks to the project
- Shepherd the project team through the release process, being mindful of all requirements
- Facilitate program communications, identify, and implement continuous improvement practices, and provide regular status reports as required
- 1-2 years of project management experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge / background in software industry products / services / applications
- Must possess strong cross team / group / organization collaboration skills
- Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues
- Specialized knowledge as defined by project required
- The ideal candidate will have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand new and complex concepts
- Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, and demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles / skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
