  • Program manage a sustainability technology development program
  • Manage ROB including weekly team meetings, bi-weekly reviews, and ongoing Portfolio Reviews, drive all workstream programs to meet milestone targets, and manage communication across all surface stakeholders
  • Evangelize sustainability technologies to all assigned product lines with the goal of integrating sustainability technologies into them
  • Collaborate with the Sustainability PMO and product line leads to develop a 5-year sustainability roadmap for all product lines
  • Develop KPIs / Scorecards to assess the progress of the organization
  • Partner with and act as liaison to the Sustainability PMO office
  • Provide technical perspective to help the Sustainability PMO develop short-term and long-term sustainability targets and scorecards for the organization
  • Participate in Sustainability PMO ROB meetings to provide input and support ongoing initiatives
  • Lead the team through long-term sustainability technology development, including ideation and prioritization of new project ideas, securing funding through the sustainability grant, and obtaining alignment and resources to develop the projects
Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years of project management experience
  • Master's degree preferred and PMI certification required
  • Knowledge / background in software industry products / services / applications
  • Strong cross-team / group / org collaboration skills
  • Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan, and mitigate subsequent issues
  • High-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others
  • Specialized knowledge as defined by project required
  • Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, and demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles / skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
