- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
- 3 - 4 years of Support experience in Cloud Application or Digital Advertising space with expertise in Campaign Management, Campaign Optimization and / or Technical Support for Search campaigns on Google Ads (FKA as AdWords) or Microsoft Advertising Platform (FKA Bing Ads)
- Working knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Troubleshooting skills and experience using debugging tools like Fiddler
- SQL experience and ability to manipulate data rapidly and use complex joins
