Technical Writer 2 You are a versatile writer with experience in crafting content that helps different types of organizations succeed with technological solutions. You have a background in different types of businesses, such as healthcare, retail, and financial services. You love teaching, helping people, and wielding the power of clear and concise language. You are adept at creating product documentation to help customers learn, use, and deploy products. The team s mission is to craft coherent, easy-to-follow content that guides IT / Admins and businesspeople as they transform their businesses to work digitally, relying on the power of cloud services. They cover not only decision making and technical content for configuring services, such as configuring policy and other admin settings, but also content that leads less-technical audiences through setting up workable business processes, such as setting up Shifts and Bookings schedules for a business starting to host virtual visits. This is an exciting position on a great team. Come help us help customers transform their businesses with a new way of working! Scope of Content includes:

• Scenario-based content about how to set up the product to work for specific vertical industries
• Content about configuring features, such as policies and templates
• Deployment information for vertical industries

• Design, develop, and author content focusing on frontline worker and vertical industry solutions
• Learn fast and work with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and create end-to-end customer scenarios, helping to ensure consistent and coherent experiences across industries
• Work with program managers, support engineers, and customers to create content for new features, update existing articles, and respond to content feedback
• Maintain the client s style and voice guidelines and keep a broad view of the entire content portfolio
• Respond to content requests, but also identify implied content needs and make suggestions / changes accordingly

• 3-5 years of work experience with admin / IT Pro audience and proven technical expertise that helps you to ramp up on new projects quickly
• Excellent content writing skills and experience
• Significant experience writing simple, clear, and conversational content both in product and on the web
• Ability to navigate ambiguity
• Act as an advocate for the customer
• Basic understanding of GitHub

• Professional portfolio desired
• Expertise in collaboration platforms, especially in the admin space
• Experience creating content for other kinds of software products
• Familiarity with cloud products such as Azure and Dynamics 365
• Bachelor s Degree in Technical Communications, English, Computer Science, or related field
