The OneBPM team's vision is to reduce company operation costs, delivery times, and compliance risks by creating a business process management and monitoring platform to support digitized business processes. This team's product is an internal business application that takes a user through the end-to-end business process management (BPM) journey of designing a business process diagram and documenting relevant process information in a centralized repository, monitoring process performance through connecting to datasets and defining metrics, and optimizing the process reality by leveraging process mining to identify bottlenecks and next steps for improvement. A particular challenge that comes with a complex end-to-end enterprise tool involving multiple user personas (business process owners, data analysts, SWEs) and multiple user entry / exit points is creating a user interface that ties together this interconnected experience in an intuitive and guided flow.
