As the UX Researcher in this position, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide variety of user research methods including remote moderated and unmoderated usability testing, concept testing, surveys, card sorts, and customer interviews. You will work closely with PMs, Designers, Developers, User Experience Researchers, and Designers. You will be responsible for carrying out the user research from start to finish and presenting your work to others on various teams. Responsibilities:
- Design a range of qualitative and quantitative studies applicable to all product stages from conception to release
- Work collaboratively across disciplines to deliver impactful user insights and build user empathy
- Effectively communicate rich customer data and articulate the implications of research findings in clear and compelling ways
- Turn research results into actionable work items that will have product impact
- Influence multiple product teams to make impactful, data-driven decisions
- Degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interactions, Human Factors (HF engineering OR HF psychology), Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in the technology industry conducting user research
- Experience with a broad range of research methodologies such as usability studies, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, card sorting, unmoderated studies, etc.
- Ability to quickly and effectively analyze data and present findings clearly to influence product design and direction
- Communicate, track, and drive research insights with stakeholders to ensure a positive impact on products in a fast-moving agile environment
