- Experience managing Active Directory Domains
- Knowledge and experience with core Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, Hyper-V, Windows OS, WDS)
- SQL Experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills
- Min 1-year experience with Azure IaaS VMs, load balancers and virtual networks
- Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environment
- CCNA or other network experience
- Works as a team member to assist with operations support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of break-fix issues or project tasks including OS, Active Directory, Windows Update, Windows firewall, BIOS, and software issues.
