Feel free to follow up with applications by emailing A Fortune 50 Client in the Greater Seattle Area is looking to add a remote Project Manager to their Procurement team. This Project Manager will be responsible for supporting a Cloud Marketing Procurement team to drive procurement initiatives and deliver key metrics. They will work with individual Procurement Engagement Managers to support project work and execute activities for Procurement initiatives. Key responsibilities include but may not be limited to: 1. Perform project management support for critical Procurement initiatives, such as Supplier negotiation & consolidation and identifying diverse supplier opportunities 2. Have strong collaboration with Procurement Engagement Manager and proactively manage assigned projects and tasks 3. Support supplier negotiations in Cloud Marketing RFPs and manage additions/removals from Cloud Marketing supplier list 4. Provide fiscal year end engagement support on contracts, SSPA, POs, Outsource IDs 5. Address day to day stakeholder questions and requests and be able to navigate Procurement and Finance systems and colleagues for escalation management 6. Work with Procurement Engagement Manager to investigate reporting discrepancies/gaps and support critical paths for meeting objectives for the key Supplier Program metrics. Track progress and update status Preferred Experience and Skills: 1. Procurement related experience 2. 4+ years of Project/Program Management experience. Certification preferred. 3. Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 4. Marketing category experience
