Join eXcell!We are currently in search of a qualified Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our client for a Part-Time (20 hours per week) REMOTE position.Job Overview:Develops instructional learning content in the form of PowerPoint presentations and some short, simple instructional videos by working with subject matter experts to design the training asset most appropriate for the learning objective. Candidate would be able to meet with subject matter expert, watch a demonstration of the tool / workflow then, using screenshots provided or access provided to environment, candidate would create needed training asset, present to stakeholder, receive and implement feedback as required. Excellent communication and project management skills required. Must have the ability to understand technology issues, understand user workflows and communicate information effectively. Can translate tools and process requirements into a friendly business overview and or demo slide presentations or videos.Responsibilities: Responsible for daily schedule of tasks, including supervision and modification. Develop engaging visuals across multiple training modalities (PowerPoint, video, emails, etc.). Create connected stories visually through an Instructor Led Training deck. Create communications layouts, training decks and videos. Understands the process of building an engaging visual that resonates with the audience (scripts, storyboards, outlines). Schedule and conduct content review / signoff with stakeholders.Requirements: Experience creating videos and other visual assets required. Exceptional design skills and should be comfortable visually explaining technical concepts to an end user. Must have the ability to oversee and modify a schedule of tasks with minimal supervision. Vyond, Camtasia, Photoshop and PowerPoint experience preferred. Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
