Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for a Senior Lean Practitioner (Level 4) based in one of three locations in Washington state : Renton, Seattle, or Auburn.Position Responsibilities:Guiding the practical application and integration of Boeing Production System (BPS) implementation across Boeing Commercial Airplanes

Working with all levels of the organization to identify risks, assist and develop integrated deployment strategies that improve the production system, and assist with the implementation of these targets

Promoting a continuous improvement and problem-solving culture

Leading and facilitating complex and highly visible process improvement efforts

Instructing and coaching others in continuous improvement principles and tools, including facilitation of Accelerated Improvement Workshops, Value Stream Mapping, 3P, or Autonomous Maintenance Workshop

Creating enhancements to existing improvement tools; developing and updating instructional materials

Supporting, coaching and partnering with the manufacturing team to implement, grow, and sustain the Daily Management structure and cadence

Mentoring future instructors and less experienced practitioners

Supporting the development and deployment of new BPS tools

Participating in or leading maturity evaluation and assessment activities

Reflecting on LMO processes and BPS standards to systematically problem-solve and continuously improve

Work will primarily occur on 1st shift, while occasionally also supporting 2nd and 3rd shifts

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience with applying Lean principles, processes, and tools

5+ years of experience teaching and coaching continuous improvement tools and principles

5+ years proven proficiency in product and process improvement methodologies such as 5S, VSM, AIW, 3P, TPM, M&I, RCA, Systematic Problem-Solving, Theory of Constraints

5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

Strong communication skills

Proficient in basic MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing

5+ years of experience applying Boeing Production System (BPS) and/or Toyota Production System (TPS) concepts

Ability to support, lead, and delegate the project team's responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project life cycle

Advanced, expert knowledge of product and process improvement methodologies
