Description:Providence is calling a Social Content and Campaign Communications Manager to one of our locations in Burbank, CA, Irvine, CA, Portland, OR, Renton, WA, Redmond, WA, or Seattle, WA.We are seeking a Social Content and Campaign Manager who will implement our vision to create exceptionally relevant content programs grounded in data-informed insights. This position will orchestrate work streams to ensure efficiency across marketing and communications programs and initiatives.This role will engage with cross-functional teams to generate internal and external content for local and national audiences and will work diligently to plan, track and coordinate projects to ensure they are launched on time with high content quality.In the content focus of this role, the manager will work on content creation, curation, and distribution planning for the Social and Influencer department. This position has responsibility for content gathering and creation to support marketing and communications programs across business lines, regions and pillars and for internal and external needs. This position recommends which channels are most effective to deliver content to the target audience.In the campaign focus of this role, the manager will work in partnership with product and regional marketing and communications teams, service areas such as digital innovations and internal stakeholders such as talent acquisition to develop a solid understanding of target markets and segments to create effective content and tell compelling consumer-centric stories.At PSJH, our social and influencer program is constantly in communication and always optimizing, therefore transparency, quick response time and excellent organization are essential practices for this team. Being open to regular adaptation and evolution is a key component of our success.In this position you will have the following responsibilities:Content curation

Understand content delivery formats, vehicles and intended outcomes and optimize content and stories for best engagement within key platforms

Have clear understanding of organizational position, key messages and proof points

Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to understand required topics

Read, study and understand existing contributing pieces and information to create content for external use to evoke desired consumer response

Cooperate with stakeholders to understand communication strategies, target audience, consumer experience, execution, goals, objectives and measures for success

Understand, create and use customer personas to achieve best outcomes and track performance to agreed upon KPIs

Content creation

Convert communication messages into compelling content, provoking the desired response based on a thorough understanding of target audiences in the market

Connect audience goals and desired customer outcomes to content creation outlines, storylines, proof points, narratives and calls to action.

Deliver high quality content that addresses agreed upon project goals

Use creativity to include emotion and human element in storytelling

Deliver consistency and credibility through approved organizational writing style and brand voice

Meet short deadlines without compromising quality

Campaign Management

Manage social and influencer delivery for marketing and communications campaigns ensuring completed agency briefs, asset delivery and overall campaign project management, including recap presentations.

Create and maintain social media content calendar across all channels

Manage paid social advertising executions both individually and with agency support across multiple campaigns and organic boosting

Build playbooks and proposal decks for regular occurring campaign needs (birthing units, new facilities, etc) including internal stakeholders as well as external media partners

Primary lead for campaign launches, ensuring one point of contact for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:Required qualifications for this position include:Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English, PR, Business or related field.

5 years managing integrated marketing programs in an agency or corporate environment.

3 years experience developing and delivering content via social and online communities. Ability to multitask.

2 years record of tangible business results driven via social platforms. Knows the ins and outs of social platforms and uses them effectively.

3 years demonstrated strong organizational skills, idea driven; history of anticipating issues and the skills to be strategic, proactive and assertive.

3 years strong record integrating with both corporate communications and marketing. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:Storytelling experience, video production experience and have used content management tools like Sprinklr.
