Position: ERP Change Partner Location: Renton, WA, Irvine, CA, and Portland, OR (Remote till Covid) Duration: Full Time Note - Once COVID is under control (hopefully by Q4 2021 / Q1 2022), expect the program manager to be onsite Job Description: Our Direct client is looking for an ERP Change Management Specialist for a full-time direct hire role near Tukwila, WA. This candidate will be responsible for change management of Enterprise Business Applications and ERP implementation projects, to ensure that change strategy and plan are appropriately developed and managed to support transition of technology, people, and process. The Senior ERP Change Partner will facilitate change impact assessment for both Business and Information Systems stakeholders, develop and execute communications and training plans. The role will require to facilitate effective cross-workstream discussions, alignment, and coordination end-to-end from strategy development through execution. Requirements:

8+ years of Change Management experience
ERP project experience including creating a change management strategy to enable adoption of changes required by ERP projects and initiatives.
Experience working with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
Training experience including developing a training strategy on how users will obtain skills and knowledge required to use new tools and manage process changes.
ITIL Certification is a plus
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
