We are a restaurant and music venue located in downtown Seattle, looking for a part time bookkeeper to join our team. This position would be Saturday through Monday, with somewhat flexible hours, totaling 10-15 hours per week.
This position entails preparing and entering daily reports, reconciling bank accounts, accounts payable, filing and scanning. Basic customer service tasks are also required such as answering phones and making reservations.
Experience with Quickbooks Desktop, Excel and Outlook are required. High attention to detail and good problem solving skills are an absolute must! Restaurant experience preferred but not required
The ideal person for this position is someone who enjoys working independently, is reliable, and has a great attention to detail. A love of music is a must as well, especially jazz!
