Electrical Supervisor / Manager of Electrical Operations
Evergreen Home Exteriors is a well-established remodeling company. We specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodeling, siding and window installation, roofing, and deck builds. As a licensed electrical contractor in Washington state, we are expanding our electrical department to include both residential and commercial projects.
The right candidate for this position will be able to help facilitate this growing process.
We are seeking a highly skilled 01 Electrician to join our team. This position will initially be a “bags on” supervisory role, quickly transitioning to the Manager of Electrical Operations within 30-45 days. The ideal candidate will have extensive electrical experience, be proficient with bidding software and CRM systems, and possess strong management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform electrical installations and repairs for residential and commercial projects.
- Utilize bidding software and CRM systems to manage projects and client relationships.
- Oversee and ensure the quality and safety of all electrical work.
- Transition into the role of Manager of Electrical Operations, leading and expanding the electrical department.
Understanding and adhering to all labor and industry rules
Understanding permitting processes and ability to pass inspection on the first attempt.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed 01 Electrician.
- Extensive electrical experience, particularly in both residential and commercial settings.
- Proficiency with bidding software and CRM systems.
- Management experience is strongly preferred.
Compensation and benefits
Competitive hourly rate of $45 hr to start + 8% of pre tax revenue on all electrical projects generated and performed before taking over the management role.
3% override on ALL work done under supervision once promoted to Manager of Electrical Operations.
