Landscape Maintenance Manager
We are a well-established full-service landscaping firm located in Puyallup/Edgewood.
2 – 3 years’ experience required, please only apply if you have experience.
Bilingual a plus, but not required.
Landscape Maintenance Manager Objectives:
1. Manage and direct crew leads daily, maintenance routes and enhancements
crews, 8 to 10 crews (30-40 people).
2. Plan and organize schedules and enhancements.
3. Oversee the work quality and production of existing maintenance crews, making regular site visits.
4. Prioritize, manage and implement requests from customers to their satisfaction, work directly with property managers.
5. Ensure equipment is in operating condition by having repairs done when needed and ensure the safe operation of all maintenance equipment.
6. Excellent planning, organization and communication skills.
7. Ability to lead by example through an outstanding work ethic.
8. Working knowledge of irrigation systems a plus. Initial start-up in spring turning on double check valve and setting timers, winterization turning off double check valve and ability to troubleshoot and make repairs.
9. Safety meetings.
10. Computer skills: Office 365 (Outlook, Word & Excel).
Clean driver’s license required.
