Job Description:
Welcome customers.
Answer phones.
Set up appointments.
Obtain parts from suppliers.
Cash out customer and balance all transactions coming into the shop.
Complete all appropriate paperwork.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized repair shop for our customers and fellow employees.
Deliver superior customer service at all times and a commitment to provide customers with value, safety and total peace of mind in all things automotive.
Job Requirements:
Computer skills and an ability to learn systems quickly.
Ability to learn repair order software.
Exception customer service skills.
Drug free work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
