Westridge Estates - Community Manager (130+ spaces)
(30 hours/week +occasional after hours; $2750 month)
We are seeking a Community Property Manager at our Westridge Estates Mobile Home Community located in Everett just north of Seattle, WA. Ideal candidates will have property management experience in the Manufactured Housing Industry; however, prior experience in Apartments or Condominium Association Management also contributes to the success of our Community Managers. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, organizational skills and be a self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision, while being part of a team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all administrative duties, including but not limited to:
Collect rents and security deposits, post payments, make deposits to the bank
Accept Applications for Residency; participate in processing of applications, prepare and conduct lease signings
Maintain resident files and confidentiality of such
Maintain the community by performing regular inspections, investigating and resolving tenant complaints
Prepare and issue legal notices and letters; knowledge of Mobile Home Residency Law and Landlord Tenant law preferred.
Manage maintenance and landscaping staff
Manage and maintain community safety by interpreting and applying occupancy policies and procedures, establish and enforce precautionary policies and procedures
Work with Regional Property Manager
Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public
Must have intermediate to advanced skills with Excel; strong overall MS Office skills
Must be available for (very occasional) after office hour emergencies.
Requirements include:
3-5 years of experience in the rental industry such as mobile home community management, property management, apartment management, hotel/motel or customer service/sales
Stellar customer service skills
Compensation:
Base pay + Vacation and sick pay, too! No onsite housing.
Salary: $2,750.00/month
Schedule: Ideally Tues - Sat; part-time 30 hours/week; Available for (very occasional) after hour emergencies.
