Position Type: Full-time, Hourly

Location: Auburn, WA

Wage Scale: $18.00 - $28.00

Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the Production Department to schedule installation crews of projects.

- Monitor, review and confirm time, labor and materials for each job to ensure work is able to be completed on time.

- Manage and update the schedule as needed to ensure it is optimized.

- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions.

- Keep schedule updated for all changes and updates.

- Manage job files as well as meeting deadlines.

- Creating and establishing great relationships with customers.

- Various administration duties.

- Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

- Previous dispatch, scheduling, and/or logistic skills.

- Organizational, time management and customer service skills.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Prior experience working in construction, HVAC, fireplace or garage industries is a plus.

- Regular attendance is required.
