Horizon Ford is offering a full time Service Advisor position. This is a salary with a performance bonus position working 48 hours a week. We are a team oriented shop with lots of opportunities. We are also building a new state of the art facility and should be in by December 2019.
Responsibilities can include but not limited to:
Greet customers when they arrive
Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings
Answer questions about service outcome
Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work
Provide customers with necessary problem/solution information
Manage and oversee the service center's workflow and scheduling
Call customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up
