Under the direction of the Manager of Operations the Tasting Room Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the tasting room which includes facilitating the sales programs, opening and closing of the tasting room, supervising and mentoring the Patterson Cellars Employees, and promoting the sale of wine and non-wine products. Also, responsible for demonstrating, promoting and ensuring exceptional customer service to guests through training and development of tasting room staff. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings required.
ï· Minimum 2 yrs. customer service experience required.
ï· Minimum 2 yrs. team management experience preferred.
ï· Minimum 2 yrs. experience working in a retail environment required.
ï· Minimum 2 yrs. experience working in a tasting room preferred.
ï· Minimum 1 yr. experience in wine industry preferred.
