HAP Training is a vibrant and exciting company that is out to Change the World! We are purveyors of Goodness: Social and Emotional Intelligence! We are looking for people who have been trying to be a better person tomorrow than they are today. We work with Professional Athletes, NCAA Athletes, Corporate Groups, Non-Profits, Schools and/or any organization who has Human Interaction and Relationship.
Clients include: New Belgium Brewery, O’Dell’s Brewery, JAX Outdoors and Mercantile, Great Rosebud Lakota Nation, Dominican University Women’s Basketball, CU Football, Yellowstone National Park, Mesa Verde National Park, Darms Lane Wine and Winery, American TESOL International, O.A.R.s, Schools and non-profits in over 20 states and 3 countries.
Trainings and Coaching are generally 4 days each (32 hrs). All expenses are paid. This is a sub-contractor position, but we train you. There are no upfront costs involved; just your time!
New Trainers must be Emotionally Intelligent, be good with Relationships, and, be good in front of groups of people for multiple days. Must be: Empathetic, a good Listener, and Caring. Some background in education and/or training is great, but NOT Mandatory!
