We are a top-tier, global architecture and design firm in Seattle looking for a PA/PM to join our team. This person will run projects from concept through construction administration with a focus on large scale new construction projects. We have a handful of new projects kicking off in the next 90 days. Projects are located in the pacific northwest for one of the most prestigious tech companies in North America. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with well-defined advancement opportunities and a strong internal support system. We have offices world-wide and offer the opportunity to relocate to other markets within our organization.
This person will:
-Oversee and participate in the design and project delivery process
-Coordinate with cross discipline team members to ensure that everyone is on track with project requirements, deadlines and budgets
-Responsible for leading and coordinating efforts of work done by design team
-Generate project plans, fee proposals and project schedules in response to RFPs and other opportunities
-Understand resource management, project delivery, development of agreements/contract
Required:
Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent and Revit proficiency
