- Experience as a Salesforce Architect with scaling organizations & full scope of declarative tools
- Proficient in Sales Cloud and GTM AppExchange products / 3rd party integrations
- Marketo, Outreach.io, Twilio, Calendly, etc.
- Full lifecycle implementation experience
- Requirements gathering, solution design, hands-on configuration, implementation, etc
- Adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies, ability to remain within scope of projects
- Comfortable reporting to C-Suite level and having a high level of organizational visibility
- Certifications listed below are in order of importance. These are preferred but not required: hands-on experience is also heavily considered
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator & Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder & Developer I
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred (Agile Practitioner / CSM / PMP certifications are taken into great consideration)
- Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
- Act as a key point of contact for identification of requirements (functional)
- Work on a robust team but be able to work independently
- Be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
- Question around and work to identify critical business issues that can be translated to technical requirements
- Confidently act as a key functional resource for your agile project team, rolling up your sleeves when necessary and providing oversight of general configuration & projects of your team members
- Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
