The Sr. Architect, Cybersecurity plays a role in shaping the security of Client's technology by defining, enhancing, and implementing Client’s information security architecture. This role will apply security expertise in architectural framework and design modeling, planning and roadmap development, and technology analysis in order to provide a secure experience for Client’s Customers and protect critical assets from threats in the mobile and enterprise ecosystems. This role will seek to understand how people, processes, technology and security interact to perform the fundamental activities of the business in both current and future states, and model these interactions to guide security technology in order to better achieve the goals and objectives of the business. CORE Competencies: Work cross-functionally to understand the linkage between Client’s business goals, business architectures, technology, and security architectures - and strive to further Client’s business goals via evolution of Client’s architectures that incorporates security. Drive the evolution of security infrastructure, processes, products, and services by influencing decision makers. Compile, deliver, and evangelize end-to-end technology and security that support the evolution of security infrastructure, products, and services by applying depth and breadth of security expertise in multiple related disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:• Serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor and subject matter expert across multiple security domains to guide technology solutions and communicate big-picture enterprise-wide security issues to team and key decision makers.• Serve as a technical resource for business teams to help define, estimate and recommend optimized solutions with the necessary protective safeguards for business opportunities.• Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders to enabling effective partnerships capable of advancing our cybersecurity technology & capabilities.• Decipher the true business & technical requirements based on real cyber incidents, and the technical/operational challenges our lines of business face every day.• Design Cybersecurity strategy & architecture for the necessary security domain mapping requirements to capabilities, specific use cases, and the roadmap to empower the business while addressing cyber threats and improving organizational security posture.• Compile, develop, deliver, and evangelize end-to-end technology and security roadmaps that guide the evolution of security services, practices, products, and infrastructure.• Compile, develop, deliver, and evangelize security reference architectures and best practices that address critical security challenges and provide commercially responsible security guardrails for technology.• Influence stakeholders and ensure alignment with security strategy and architecture principles by driving collaboration across the enterprise’s technology architecture functions.• Remain current on cyber trends and technology shifts always providing the best forward-thinking guidance & solutions for the organization. Key Requirements:• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Architect creating reference architectures, strategies, and roadmaps.• Proven experience translating issues, cyber incidences, and common pain points into technical requirements.• Proven experience mapping technology solutions to fulfill technical requirements and overseeing the implementation of – or driving the solutions to completion. • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.• Proven ability to ramp up on new technology quickly and become a subject matter expert in any security domain.Vacancy expired!
