“Computing Architect” for a 06 month contract position with a client in Seattle, WA or Charleston SC or Houston TX or ST Louis MO Note: For this role candidates can work from any these locations (Seattle, WA or Charleston SC or Houston TX or ST Louis MO) Job Poster: Srikanth Bommadeni Description:· Defines requirements and designs and verifies robust architecture, data and information management systems and components.· Establishes design constraints and ensures architecture conforms to requirements. Incorporates architecture functions into software development lifecycle.· Leads the development and configuration management of architecture views and models. Assesses of feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives. Job Responsibilities:· Performs trade-off analyses. Evaluates products to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments.· Drafts data and information management products and service standards. Assess impact of architectural decisions to product lifecycle. Contributes to architecture and data/information management standards and strategies.· Develop and Enhance our DevOps operations in multiple Cloud Service environments· Perform in the entire software development life cycle of the DevOps tool chain· Collaborate on idea creation and development of the DevOps tool chain· Support the ongoing lifecycle maintenance of the DevOps tool chain· Support the software quality efforts of our Client product deliveries to our customers Work experience:· Strong communication skills, self-starter, with an entrepreneur spirit that can thrive in a distributed remote work environment.· Strong desire to dream big and willing to go the extra mile to see their visions realized· Ability and willingness to quickly adapt and learn new technology· Cursory knowledge of Cloud technologies like AWS, Google, or Azure.· Strong programming skills in a computer language like Java, NodeJS, Python, Go, or C· Experience in software development, systems engineering, or integration and test experience with software systems· Education or experience with the Linux OS· Experience in technologies such as Kubernetes, Git, Helm, Ansible, Chef, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, or AppDynamics· Experience on Automation, CI/CD techniques or software design patterns Education:· Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 7 or more years’ or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
