The Core Data team stores and serves the user social graph for Facebook Family of Apps experiences, through persistent data stores, high-throughput/low-latency caching systems, client development frameworks and APIs, and real-time infrastructure. As Product Manager for Core Data Client, you will be responsible for creating product vision and strategy for developer tools, frameworks, APIs and SDKs for the Facebook online data infrastructure.

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Build relationships across Facebook engineering teams to understand gaps with existing products and services
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

  • 10+ years of product management experience in large-scale, distributed infrastructure
  • 3+ years of experience as a software developer, or serving developers as customers
  • Experience managing full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization
  • Experience working with senior leaders to drive business decisions
  • BA/BS in Computer Science

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud data platforms
