Relevant experience includes
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing
- Experience with variety of High-Performance Computing (HPC) workflows and systems in AWS (eg. Batch, Glue, Lambda, Cloud Formation, Sagemaker, Elastic Container Service, Kubernetes, Elastic Computing Cloud, etc)
- Experience with administration of GPU based platforms
- Proficient in one or more shell scripting language (eg. Perl, Python or Ruby)
- Understanding of network standards and protocols, wireless networks, VLANs, firewalls
- AWS Professional Certification preferred
- Experience in a Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Clinical IT systems analyst or computer programmer role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of High School Diploma (HS) required. Degree within Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years relevant experience can be considered or HS with 6+ years relevant experience can be considered
