- Change Manager
- Total 8 -10 years of working experience and at least 1-2 years’ experience as change manager.
- Coordinate between SAP consultants, Business Change Managers and Business Process owners to ensure organization Readiness is complete.
- Work with project teams to integrate Organizational Readiness activities into the overall project plan.
- Develop a change management strategy and change management plan.
- Knowledge of basic SAP functionality, experienced in SAP implementation with “ACTIVATE” and “AGILE” methodology, including various phases like Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, E2E Test, UAT, Go-Live and support.
- Identify resistance and performance gaps and work to ensure that these are prevented and fixed.
- Create and manage measurement systems
- Implement and maintain training and process documentation tools
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Focus on continuous improvement and having excellent influencing skills.
- Project management experience added value.
- Experience of working within an SAP based Telecommunication / Retail environment.
- Ability to work effectively at all levels within a business.
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
