- Strong experience in debugging, problem-solving, and diagnosing issues across multiple application stacks running in AWS.
- General knowledge of the development lifecycle from build to deploy and the tooling involved
- Be at ease working with a variety of log data coming from different sources
- The ability to clearly express support resolutions in writing as well as contributing to written clear and concise written discussions
- Ability to contribute to and write documentation
- Process thinking - Experience working off Runbooks and contribute with process steps
- Experience working in a tier-1 / tier-2 support
- Ability to train more junior support engineers
- Strong knowledge/understanding of Kubernetes and ability to troubleshoot Kubernetes deployment issues.
- Knowledge of Helm and Helm charts
- Understanding of AWS: IAM, S3, SQS/SNS, EKS, ECS
- Debugging, problem-solving, and diagnosing issues across multiple applications stacks running in AWS
- Should be at ease to login to CLI’s to gather data and debug problems with tooling such as Splunk, DataDog, and AWS Console
- General understanding of development environments around CI/CD
- Experience in supporting Developers in a tier-1 / tier-2 environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or its equivalent with relevant experience
