Job Description

  • Work under the Capital Project Manager to ensure control, security, integrity, and
  • availability of documentation to project personnel.
  • Responsible for maintaining document control and record retention for all Gene Therapy
  • Manufacturing Facility documentation.
  • Responsible for control of documents and coordination of controlled document activities
  • globally in pursuant to all applicable regulations.
  • Manage daily processing of document flow, including but not limited to: Drawings,
  • Specifications, Equipment List, Submittals, and RFI’s.
  • Responsible for compiling transmittals with all document flows.
  • Manage all aspects of electronic document organization.
  • Track communications to and from project team.
  • Track submissions and review (initial completeness – non technical) of all ETOPs.
  • Create and update documentation master files.
  • Responsible for filing, organization tasks, data entry and record retention

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor Degree (preferably Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field)
  2. 2-4 years experience maintaining GMP documents OR more than 2 years experience with Quality, records management and / or equivalent
  3. Experience within the construction industry is a must, candidates with additional life sciences experience strongly preferred
  4. Local candidates preferred, if not local, must be relocatable (relocation assistance provided)
  5. Must possess exemplary communication skills - both oral and written
