The Role

In this position, the AWS, Kubernetes, Ruby, Git, CI / CD Engineering Manager will be an integral member of a dynamic Engineering department where you will be facilitating day-to-day activities for x-functional agile engineering teams, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews while working with product managers, technical project managers, and other engineering leaders to define the product roadmap, technical strategy, and delivery milestones for your team. The opportunity to reach Director level is very realistic within 24 months!

Engineering Manager Role Requirements

Experience leading teams building multi-tenant SaaS products
Experience working in an Agile delivery environment (Scrum)
Building web applications using Ruby on Rails with JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g. VueJS, Svelte, etc)
