Job Description

The focus of this early-career Sales Operations position is to optimize the effectiveness of the global sales operationsteam as well as provide support to our 170 offices globally.This specialist will have global scope and will collaborate with sales, account management,finance, product, marketing, and business intelligence teams to design and deliver project results.

This position reportsto the Sr. Sales Operations Manager, a successful candidate musthave superb communication, projectmanagement skills, and will be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. They will deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems. Thisjob environment is consistently changing and provides growth opportunities, recognition, and reward for the achievement of business results.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

These are the minimum results expected from this position:

  • Drive Global Sales Operations Projects / Deadlines
  • Drive project prioritization with a team of analysts (not reporting into this role) through Azure DevOps
  • Assist in reporting and presentation development to showcase Global Sales Operations projects and initiatives
  • Supports District Sales Operations questions/needs
  • Supports Sales Operations Intranet content
  • Develops training for Sales Operations key initiatives
  • Adjust to an ever-changing environment
  • Forward-thinking and creative in problem-solving
  • Support the company’s commission system
  • Takes on additional assignments, as required supporting company needs

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Must be strong in project management and extremely organized.
  • Must be strong oral and written communication.
  • Adobe Illustrator experience a plus.
  • SharePoint experience a plus.
  • PowerBI experience a plus.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment.
  • Sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Strong rapport and relationship building focused.
  • Empowered to make quick decisions in response to changing conditions.
  • Confidence, Enthusiastic and Persuasive.
