Join us in defining and building a unified portal experience for Avalara customers across the globe as they buy, set up, and use our products. You will be part of fun and supportive team of Global UI product managers who are focused on making this unified experience come to life. You specifically will help us define the in-product upsell experience for Avalara customers. You will work closely with UX designers, developers, and internal teams to identify opportunities for in-product upsells and to define scalable solutions. Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams (marketing, other PMs) to define the vision, roadmap, and requirements for in-product upsells
- Work with UX, marketing, and engineering to define a scalable solution that will allow us to target the right customers with the right upsells. Evaluate existing marketing tools that we could potentially utilize
- Research and write clear product requirements, including user stories and user journey maps
- Work with UX and engineering teams throughout the Agile development process
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Interest in product management
- Basic knowledge of product management fundamentals
- Recent graduate or graduating Spring/Summer 2021
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- MBA or Human-Computer Interaction Master's student a plus
- Experience with software development process (Agile)
