Job Description: Hospitality Cruise SupportLocation: Seattle, WA
Scope of work:1) Level-2 production support of Fidelio Cruise Shipboard Property Management System (SPMS) and Fleet Management System (FMS) 2) Will be assigned as resource for shipboard projects (upgrades, enhancements), requiring server/application builds in test environments and deployments 3) Test and certify version updates received from system vendor ; 4) Maintenance (roadmaps, analyze trends in support)Required skills/competencies: 3-5 years of experience; Experience with IT support for cruise industry related property management systems and operations for shipside and shoreside; Fidelio Experience required; Oracle Experience required (Query Heavy, DBA not required); Analytical skills; Incident/Problem resolution skills; hospitality/hotel IT experiencePreferred Skills: Experience with MS SQL and/or Oracle; Experience with Fidelio Cruise modules; Experience with Crystal Reports, Cruise industry/hospitality experience preferredcombination of APEX and JavaScript. Strong Oracle SQL / Oracle PL/SQL programming experience & Jasper Report development. Knowledge of Oracle ERP technical objects (tables, data flow etc.). Experience in managing web page layouts with APEX templates and themes. Relational Data modelling & Unix Shell scripting. Knowledge in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS. Experience integrating REST APIs into APEX applications. Web application security / Data security. Effectively managing the server & platform environment for high availability Experience collaborating effectively with team members and users in a distributed project environment.
