Role overview

The

Field Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team. You will act as a liaison between Marketing, Business Development, Sales and other teams across the business to define and execute campaigns aimed at growing Accolade’s portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the development of marketing plans, consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs that include both inbound and outbound strategies and tactics that target our markets.

A day in the life…

  • Develop and implement demand creation and pipeline acceleration programs that align with overall business goals
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the programs' impact
  • Execute and build on current marketing strategies and programs to increase the quality of marketing programs, and tools and collateral
  • Proactively engage with the sales and business development teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including customer/market specific programs
  • Communicate with Field Ops leadership to ensure successful follow through of all qualified opportunities
  • Interface with sales to determine enablement needs and work with Solutions Marketing to develop tools, programs, training and content
  • Develop thoughtful, targeted programs that capture market share and strengthen Accolade’s brand in a fast-changing market

Qualifications

What we are looking for…

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years in Field Marketing
  • Proven ability to work with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales
  • Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget while aligning tactical plans with team/company strategies
  • Inbound marketing strategy execution experience and a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics
  • A strong curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices
  • Able to market to a range of customers using a wide variety of offers and delivery mechanisms
