Find your future with us.We are seeking a Mid-Level Transportation Analyst (Level 3) to join our team. This position is located in Seattle, Washington or Mesa, Arizona.Position Responsibilities:Coordinates and leads a variety of TWL and cross-functional business initiatives, projects and transformational activities to support TWL Network Optimization

Leads TWL functional integration across the enterprise and consults on behalf of TWL leadership to enhance stakeholder experience and partnership opportunities

Aligns TWL services and capabilities into upstream business processes to proactively optimize Supply Chain Logistics network solutions

Project manage and conduct analysis of complex logistics issues and develops business solution best practice and implementation plan

Responsible to lead concept and development initiatives and support implementation and execution of organizational strategy

Serves as Supply Chain Logistics subject matter expert to leaders and organizational spokesperson to special external stakeholders

Provides in-depth data analysis; identifies lessons learned, provides historical reports to incorporate into future project plans

Acquires and facilitates resources and integration support to drive initiative execution

Utilizes and integrates Supply Chain Logistics expertise to identify and implement opportunities for business solutions

Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience working in logistics or transportation

3+ years of experience with project management

Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Ability to interact with business partners in resolving problems, providing a high-level of customer service

Possess interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5+ years experience with freight forwarding and/or transportation modes: FTL, LTL, International & Domestic Air Freight, Ocean, Small Parcel

Experience with Data Analysis

Bachelor's degree preferred

Typical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master + 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:This position does not offer relocation.
