- Should have development and support experience of at least 5 years in .Net framework, Web API, SQL Server, and cloud
- Experience working in Agile and Devops managed projects.
- Support Troubleshooting techniques and strong analytical skills
- 24x7 on-call support for problem resolution (on-call rotation split amongst onsite and offshore team members)
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced team environment
