Company.NetworkE-Business ConsultantOur focus is to empower and enable the provider community
to adopt our self-service digital tools. Candidates for this position will have a passion for problem solving and making a positive impact on provider
workflows. Responsible for the promotion and education of the full suite of
digital provider e-Tools (secure provider portal and EDI) to both internal and
external constituents by executing adoption programs via multiple channels
including email, phone, fax, and webinars; with future opportunity to present
at market specific seminars and workshops to promote self-service offerings.
Partners with all cross functional provider facing teams to support our
holistic digital provider adoption strategy. Collaborates with provider
relations to coordinate training schedules, develops adoption success measures
and evaluates training program success. Fosters a collaborative relationship
with provider community and internal partners.Requires a BA/BS and 8 - 10 years of experience in
marketing and communications along with managing customer relationships or any
combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent
background; to include 2 plus years of experience in the health insurance
industry, preferably in the provider services/operations area. Knowledge of
Blue Cross and Blue Shield health plans a plus.Preferred candidates would have an understanding of digital
provider facing tools, including but not limited to Availity portal and EDI and
have familiarity and background managing projects in a marketing/marketing
communications operations environment.
Experience maintaining external facing websites a plus. Excellent communication (written, verbal
& presentation), organization skills, and the ability to handle multiple
priorities required. Successful incumbent would possess an outgoing personality
and thrive in a public setting.
