The Intel Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and production of intelligence products of tactical and strategic value in support of risk assessment for the client’s Employees, assets, operations, and reputation. The Intel Lead will assist the intelligence shop’s leadership by focusing on daily operations and quality assurance.About the Role: The position is responsible for ensuring the client is able to deliver briefs, reports, and advanced analytic products in support or risk mitigation efforts. This includes leveraging analytical techniques, tools, and tradecraft to add value to business operations. The Intel Lead will support the leadership and operations functions of a team charged with providing anticipatory warning and course of action recommendations in support of business strategies. The successful candidate will be able to interact successfully with corporate personnel across multiple business units and continents. The Intel Lead is expected to be team player, a creative thinker, and highly diplomatic. They should be capable of spotting and forecasting emerging trends and threats while outlining risk mitigation techniques. This is a leadership position with exceptional potential for professional growth.The role also requires an individual who is self-motivated, creative, able to work independently with limited guidance, and able to work in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment.ResponsibilitiesAll-source intelligence program development. Plans and executes the consolidation, evaluation, and analysis of raw data and information trends and patterns to prepare detailed analyses, to include threat and risk assessments

Utilize structured analytic techniques to develop tailored intelligence products and provide threat warning notifications to decision-makers, regionally and globally.

Appropriately leverage resources, technology, information, and tactics in a manner that protects reputation and minimizes risk.

Responsible for maintaining, populating, and evaluating intelligence risk databases

Ensures the quality and accuracy of all products and outputs and is able to support production efforts through independent analysis, briefing, and ad-hoc research as needed.

Establish baseline and scalable risk methodologies that can be applied to intelligence assessments

Support the evolution of a great team (hiring, motivating, and fostering an exceptional workplace). Drive a respectful team culture centered on open communication, sharing, listening, and recognition of team members at all levels

Cross-functional metrics, measurement, and reporting; will deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics reports

Willingness to work on-call and irregular hours

Desire to support global crisis response needs

Ensure that the 24x7 team is fully staffed, all administrative tasks are handled, and serve as liaison for vendor

Light travel possible (domestic and globally)

Must be able to work independently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment

QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Preferred: Intelligence, Communications, Data Science, or Analytical degree)

At least three years direct experience working within a private sector intelligence organization

At least three years direct experience managing and leading teams (contracted or full-time)

Superstar communication abilities; must be able to write/present with impact, clarity, and precision

Ability to formulate, and successfully deploy, risk methodologies and services

Internationally-focused intelligence work, portfolio, and expertise (regional or functional experience)

Experience with research methods related to quantitative and qualitative evaluation

Technical competencies: MS Office Suite (Visio, Excel, SharePoint); Ability to manage large data arrays, search engines, and other relevant tools

Preferred ExperienceExperience managing teams remotely

Prior experience working within the intelligence community in an intelligence and analysis role.

Data visualization experience in the production of finished intelligence

Language and cultural proficiencies

Demonstrated experience with analytical tools and processes (ArcGIS, PPT, Excel macros, Tableau, pivot tables, linking tables);

Technical writing, editing, and publishing capabilities

Crisis management, response, or preparedness experience (CEM, ICS, or other)

Standing relationships with government, LE, private sector, and global associations relevant to the position are a plus
