Description ROBERT HALF is partnering with a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm in Seattle for a Personal Injury Paralegal. The role offers flexibility for 2 days working from home, grants a competitive market salary, medical, dental and vision coverage, 2 weeks PTO + separate sick time bank, bonus days off rewarded for firm performance, paid holidays, 401K and safe harbor contribution of 3% (eligible after 1 year). The role supports one trial attorney, who has another paralegal and legal assistant assigned to his caseload. Some of the duties assigned to this role include:Drafting demands, correspondence
Conducting legal research
Calendar management
Interact with clients about their cases, scheduling meetings and status of claims
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have experience in the following:5 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with substantial experience in Personal Injury
Drafting demands, pleadings, motions
Conducting legal research
Managing a calendar for an attorney
Drafting medical chronologies and billing summaries
