As a Program Manager you will lead a project team to meet deadlines, while ensuring your program maintains profitability. You will take ownership of your program, managing and directing all aspects. You will also be challenged every day; representing Insights solutions and capabilities to evolve the customer relationship, additionally assisting the sales team with business development activities all in a single days work.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, outcome focused and can deliver in an ambiguous environment. The right candidate will be a talented strategic thinker who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and has a consistent track record of program delivery in a complex setting. Proven ability to manage, influence, and engage a broad group of stakeholders is a must. You must have the experience and capability to create and present documentation for senior executives and align your plans with the solutions strategic objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should be experienced in combining customer anecdotes and data to analyze root causes, implementing long term solutions, and leading teams with advanced analytical capabilities and strategic thinking.

What you'll do at Insight:
  • Multitask. You will develop, oversee development and implement program schedules to meet deadlines, all while delivering a thoughtful approach to maintain profitability. Plus, you'll present in ongoing client meetings to manage and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Take ownership. You will manage, direct and oversee all aspects of your programs, including an understanding of contracts, creation of Statements of Work (SOW), and how to achieve business objectives and goals. You will resolve escalations and perform root cause analysis for positive results.
  • Be a leader. You will motivate direct and indirect reports assigned to the team to find successful solutions. You have experience directing the day-to-day operations and teammates to fulfill lifecycle services across client locations.
  • Be challenged. Your job is always evolving as a Program Manager. You will represent Insight solutions and capabilities facilitating and evolving the customer relationship.
  • Go places. Travel requirements will vary based on client needs and active projects. Not only will this get you out of the office, but you could also earn a traveling bonus.

What you'll need to join Insight:
  • Proven ability to manage, influence, and engage a broad group of stakeholders is a must.

  • Combination of 12 years of education and IT professional services experience.
  • Experience with specific technology areas, including knowledge of lifecycle, android OS, Samsung and VMware WS1.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, Office, Teams, Project, Project Server and SharePoint.
