Trigyn's direct client has a contract assignment for Program Manager in Seattle, WA. The particulars of the position are as follows.
General Responsibilities: Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities. Ensure implementation of policies and practices. Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions. Manage communications through team and cross organization dependencies. Help build positive relations within the team and external parties. Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda. Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.). Prepare paperwork and order material. Keep updated records and create reports or proposals. Support growth and program development. Level III Senior resource with considerable and extensive experience. Partners with Product and Tech leadership to manage the project portfolio which may include: Commercial business cases, prioritization alignment, yearly/quarterly strategic goals Leads prioritization of program initiatives and drives implementation of large, complex high visibility programs that span multiple teams Lead, develop, and coordinate requirements, dependencies and alignment across multiple systems, processes, and teams Drive resolution on cross-team issues, scope changes, prioritization decisions, resource constraints, and other impediments Establish timelines and drive alignment to schedules using agile methodology Build plans that consider potential obstacles and immediate and long-term consequences. Identify risks and creatively resolve blocking issues with the team Clearly communicate program vision and status using appropriate media to maintain alignmentTechnical skills: Has working command of architecture at a systems, component, and service level. API Design experience desired but not required Project/Program Management tools and processes - Jira, Confluence Experience running technology-related programs in an eCommerce environment.
