Provides guidance and assistance on a variety of types of projects. Reviews and assesses various courses of action to provide an improved basis for management decisions. This is a multi-discipline title. The Project Administrator is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation and the control and completion of projects. They set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize the progress of a project. A successful candidate will work with teams composed of internal stakeholders and outside vendors as needed to ensure the coordination of the projects are within budget and scope. He or she will coordinate with departments to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement projects
  • Coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties/vendors for successful execution of projects
  • Assist in definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Define tasks and required resources
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short and long term goals
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Travel as needed to support project teams

Requirements
  • 2-5 years working experience in project management
  • Knowledge of techniques and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and or change management a plus
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
