Product Backlog, backlog,excel, Azure DevOps,Scrum Master,Agile techniques, Agile processes, Agile methodology,project management,project management methodology, Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, SCRUM Description: The Digital Showcase Project Manager is responsible for contributing to successful programs/projects as measured by schedule, budget (if applicable), quality of deliverables, and stakeholder satisfaction. In this role, you will contribute to initiating, estimating, and planning projects of moderate size/complexity and grooming the backlog for Digital Showcase team. Projects involve product owners, content professionals, UX designers, software developers and sales professionals. The Project Manager serves as the Scrum Master for the development of the project by helping remove impediments to the success, facilitating meetings, designing and governing processes, and supporting Agile practices.In addition, the PM ensures key stakeholders (including the Product Owner and members of the extended team) understand and adhere to Agile methodology and helps lead the team and organization through the change required to achieve success. You will lead regular status meetings, communicate progress, and escalate issues, risks and financial performance (if applicable) to relevant stakeholders. Leveraging different project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, SCRUM, etc) may be required to serve the project needs, however Agile/SCRUM is preferred. Basic Qualifications:3-5 years of experience leading projects focused on driving medium scale change in a consulting environment.2+ years of project management experience using ctechniques to lead projects.Experienced Scrum Master with background managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring Agile techniques and processes are consistently followedExperience directly managing a Product BacklogAbility to adapt to different team culturesProblem solving and escalation management in a complex environmentStrong working knowledge of excel and Azure DevOpsExperience working with both technical and creative teams a plusBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or technology-related fieldAdditional Qualifications:Knowledge of client’s Delivery FrameworkPMP CertificationExcellent client-facing communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent Interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skillsSolid ability to navigate organization complexitySolid ability to program manage and lead through influence without authorityFlexible and adaptable to changes and shifts in priorities and subject matterAbility to multitask across multiple projects and multi-disciplinary teams VIVA USA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a professional working environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment.
