USD100,000-USD130,000The estimator is responsible for assembling complete and contractible estimates from respective subcontractors

The estimator also has the responsibility of engaging with the project managers throughout the duration of the construction process for support, references, and clarifications to the project budget

Review initial plans, specifications, schedule lists, and job opportunities with project managers and DMC owner

Determine scope for subcontractors and self-performed work

Coordinate and facilitate job site walk through for subcontractors

Work with subs and vendors to acquire pricing, contracts, proposals, estimates, and/or budgets

Calculate take-offs when required with estimating software and traditional scale methods

Create, submit, and track RFI's as needed during bid/estimating process

Work directly with architects, engineers, and designers when needed in creating value engineering, alternates, and changes in scope
